Build the Best Website
It’s often difficult to find the perfect words to explain your business and capabilities. In this post we’ll walk you through each step of the process in creating a great website and building a brand for yourself in minutes.

1. Add your photos
Add a profile and cover photo to make your website come alive. Profiles with photos are 12 times more likely to convert a customer.
2. Add your location
If you provide in-person services, sharing your location allows customers to know how far they’re from you. If you provide virtual services, it helps your customers better understand your working hours and when you’ll be available.

3. Your professional one-liner
Fifty characters to let your customer know what you’re all about. Let your creativity shine. This can be the title you give yourself, like “Career Coach”, or it can be a catchy slogan, like “I’ll help you get your dream job”. You want to give enough information so that your prospects know what you do or hook them in so they’ll keep reading.
4. About Section
Now is your chance to really showcase yourself to your clients. Let them know who you are and what you can do for them. What is your work background? Do you have a portfolio? Do you have passion for what you’re doing? Tell future customers how you can help them and why you’re the right person for the job.
5. Add your social links
Encourage your customers to follow you on your social media accounts so that they can learn more about you and your work.

6. Add gallery photos
You can also show off past work, certifications, testimonials, and anything else that will make you stand out.

7. Customize your schedule
Update your schedule to reflect your working hours. Your customers will be able to book appointments with you at any time during these hours. On the schedule page, the left hand side is for your weekly hours. Use the right hand side to silo out specific days with a different schedule. For example if you’re taking vacation.

8. Add your services
Let potential customers know what you offer!

9. Choose your slug
Your slug is the unique extension at the end of your website’s URL. In the example below the slug is michelle-jacobs. When your account is created your slug is your first name-last name. You can change this anytime by going to your dashboard and selecting the Share Schedule button. The Shareable Schedule Pop up will appear like below where you can edit your slug. The most common slugs we see are first and last name or business names.

Your website is now ready to be shown to all your customers. Copy the link in the Shareable Schedule Link above and send it to everyone you know! Make sure you set up your payment info by clicking on the Payments tab in the Navigation Bar so your customers can book appointments with you.
