Zoom Setup

Add the Motil app to your Zoom account

  1. Go to General Settings in the Motil app
  2. Click on the Zoom button which will redirect you to the Zoom App Marketplace
  3. Authenticate the Motil app with your Zoom account. Once complete, you will be redirected back to the Motil app

Create and update your Zoom meetings

  1. Create a booking in your Motil app with the virtual appointment type
  2. A Zoom meeting link will be added to the notes section of your booking and shared with your client
  3. Update the booking in your Motil app and your Zoom meeting will update automatically

Join your Zoom meetings

  1.  Go to your booking in Motil
  2. Join Zoom meeting through the link shown in the booking’s notes

Remove the Motil app from your Zoom account

  1. Go to General Settings in the Motil app
  2. Click on the delete icon on the Zoom button to trigger the deauthorization process
